We create a comprehensive wedding/event style plan including a curated vendor team and thoughtful details from start to finish. Driven equally by custom design and coordination. This experience offers a truly personalized, high touch, and high involvement process resulting a wedding or an event that is you.

 

  • Initial consultation to discuss event concept

  • Event consultant for all pre planning services, with unlimited phone calls and emails during office hours (M-F 8-5pm)

  • Lead coordinator for on site wedding coordination of ceremony and reception

  • Lead coordinator for on site wedding rehearsal coordination at ceremony venue

  • Assistant wedding coordinator for on site rehearsal and wedding day coordination

  • Assistance with event budget analysis and vendor payment tracking

  • Recommendations for venues and venue site tours with couple

  • Preferred vendor recommendations to match your style and budget

  • Scheduling and attendance of vendor appointments

  • Review vendor contracts

  • Customized event timeline creation and distribution for vendors

  • Event menu and bar planning assistance, with venue manager and event catering manager

  • Venue layout with selected caterer and florist

  • Final wrap up meeting with couple, in the week leading up to wedding/ event

  • Coordination and management of wedding/event vendor set up and break down day of

  • Ceremony seating and reserved seating

  • Assistance with gift basket deliveries to local accommodations. (please note: additional resort delivery fees may apply)

  • Placement of special ceremony, reception, event items on day of (ex. programs, guest book, cards)

  • Arrangement of end of the night transportation for couple

  • Assistance loading wedding gifts and special ceremony and reception items to waiting vehicle or on site accommodations

  • Distribution of all final payments and gratuities on wedding day, as assigned by couple or parents

  • Wedding/ event day emergency kit

You have already began your journey so with this experience we emphasize on vendor coordination and logistics management. This experience allows you to craft your perfect planning experience, wherever you are in the process. Our team will ensure a thoughtful and attentive planning experiences and a flawlessly executed event. This experience is known as partial planning.

 

  • Consultation appointments throughout planning with planner and or an assistant to include:

    • vendor recommendations

    • determine the next steps to keep client on track as to planning based on importance

    • follow up notes and tasks/ to do list following each meeting to specify next steps based on urgency

  • Wedding planner provides detailed rehearsal and wedding day schedules and confirms final plans expectations with vendors

  • Wedding planner provides detailed itinerary to wedding party detailing their schedules

  • Wedding planner and assistant to lead and coordinate all aspects of rehearsal for up to 1.5 hours

  • Event planner and assistant lead and coordinate day of

  • Work closely with event planner to determine:

    • what outstanding details need to be planned and coordinated

    • assign final tasks between client and planner

    • rehearsal and ceremony detail meeting

    • hand off communication with all vendors. Event planner coordinates vendor schedules/ logistics

    • Event planner becomes the primary contact for all vendors one month prior to the wedding/event day

You have planned everything for your big day. This experience gives you the structure for your wedding or event day. With this experience we ensure your day is flawlessly executed and your vision is brought to life.

  • 1 initial consultation to include discussion of what has been planned

  • 2 pre planning meetings up to 1.5 hours each to discuss wedding/event plans and details

  • 1 wedding coordinator for up to 1.5 hours to coordinate the ceremony rehearsal

  • 1 wedding coordinator and 1 assistant on the wedding to ensure all vendors are in place as scheduled, coordinate the ceremony and ensure all is set and going as planned or to assist with adjustments that need to be make for any unscheduled changes

  • A beautiful curated timeline

  • Floor plan curated

  • Emergency Kit

Consultation Experience

THIS EXPERIENCE IS IDEAL FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO PLAN THEIR OWN WEDDING OR EVENT BUT WOULD LIKE GUIDANCE/ ADVICE ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS.

Includes: An appointment to discuss questions specific to client. Consulting time is for office meetings only; Consulting hours are not available to be used as wedding day coordination.

Experience: $200/ per hour with a 2 hour minimum
